I also tend to make all my buyings in cash. Things tend to get a discount if you pay in cash

i just cut up all 3 credit cards and my debit card - took $60 out for gas and that's it. I will pay rent/insurance on auto-pay for the next 2 months but for 2 months I am going to just fast (if I last that long - I don't think I will).

i do think cash-back credit cards are worth it but you need that discipline for sure
