@shadowlessnexus I'm 6'1", 215-220lbs, 23-25% bodyfat and pretty jacked but I CANNOT lose this last bit of fat to get the six pack. I've done calorie counting for 5 years with all whole foods. It doesn't work. I need to go a little extreme and see what I can do differently - completely removing sugar/grains/caffeine seems to be helping.
