My friend and I were driving thru NC once to MI and got stuck in a small town with only a McDonald's... No choice so ordered the cheapest meal so I wouldn't waste my money on them. Big mistake... It was a chicken sandwich that was $.99... Tasted terrible. We both lost our appetite and he nearly lost his lunch. Told him it was the fakest burger I ever had and said it tasted like it had nothing but chicken "beak and comb" in it. He LOLed for like an hour and I called McDonalds corporate to report the sandwich... Told them they shouldn't serve "strange parts" to trusting customers. They said they'd consider it. Right
Don't eat at McDonald's. You're investing your money terribly and eating shit food
We went to next town and got Wendy's (real meat) to wash that McDonalds curse out of our system
I honestly have never had issues with McDonalds.

@Blimp in the end it all balances out. Yes women have the run and all that but they aren't happy getting what they want. That's the balance for that

If you want to maximize physical potential you need good fuel for the body, good recovery, and a solid training regimen
If you eat trash, then you need to go Fucking HAM in the gym, and recover well

A bad diet to one person may be different to someone else. A bad diet for me is fast food, fried food, a lot of grease, sugar and fats
