fallout 4 intelligence 10 every time. the amount of time you save leveling up faster is always just worth it
dump your first few levelups into whatever special stats you want.
I like to focus on my charisma and intelligence and agility when I level up my fallout character.
Lock pick hacking and be able to talk to people is the best perks in my opioin.
Being able to talk to people is a function of intelligence though
But endurance lets me run for longer~
