I've been intermittently fasting off and on for about 3 months. The first two or three times I did it I lost a good 10lb (5kg) that I couldn't lose through exercising

And it was instant. I woke up the next day smaller. But you do have to maintain it cuz the faster you lose weight the faster you put it on

That's exactly how it goes lol. I was guard so I was home for most of the month but when we were training, it was lifting 100lb C4 boxes and 200lb bangalore cases
