Male mother need is this idea that men need female affection and attention. They dont. But it has some merit. Of course when you are growing up as a kid it is alot more true. I think really any human contact will suffiice. Besides if a doll. Can take care of that psychological benefit you get from contact with a female then idgaf.

It the type of love of being valued as a human, not as a resource. Men have been known to seek this from woman all their lives but woman can't actually do that. So unless you can conquor it, the sensation nags you to seek validation as it will make you feeled valued as a human. But it is simply not true.

i spend a scary amount of time alone these days. Humans are social creatures, so I can Imagine that I'm doing damage to myself. There may be some benefit to being alone a lot. Gives you time to think shit through and learn about yourself

A dog is a good second if you like pets. You could kick a dog, forget to feed it, yell at it, be poor, be weak etc and it will still run up to you can wag its tail looking happy.
Note: Never do those things and this was said only to make the point, not to tell you to try it. Just like you don't need to test a woman to prove that she cant love you. You don't need to test a dog to prove that it can.
