We know they can learn because this is a recent situation. Did you know that they stopped asking "class" on the survey because everyone answered "middle class"? This is like decades ago. The cultural division was the primary topic of *The Bell Curve* but because people are stupid all they ever talk about is chapter 13.

the majority of people move from middle to poor and poor to middle. The people that move from middle to wealthy are an extreme minority. And when they do they ain't for long because of the high tax's so they get disincentived

Yeah and they don't pay it in the usa and they shouldn't. I wouldn't want to loose 75% of my wealth. So they invest it in stock instead of spending. When they do spend it they move the investment oversea's and sell it there
