It shouldn't be illegal and for one major reason, its an overreaching reach of the government, removing more things that they deem bad for the population. Not saying cigarettes aren't bad, as an ex smoker I'm more than aware of the damages they cause to someone, however, just like with alcohol, it shouldn't be down to the government to act as my parent to tell me what I can and can't put into my body.
