there's nothing implicit about it
How could I give consent to something I didnt agree to?
Sure is.
@Anastasia such is not an argument for implicit consent being coercive
So you don't agree to Discord's ToS?
Simply that it isn’t consent-actual
Ahhh yes Oodkac and tendies
A breakfast of champions
@Phobia @darops of cheese shut tf up
Imposing an involuntary heirarchy over someone (because they didnt consent) is coercive.
You're attempting to get big brained with someone who has a small brain Toast
@unwoundtoast toasty lad
There’s no point
@Anastasia implicit consent does not beget an involuntary hierarchy
Your assumption of their consent is not consent.
Someone who honestly believes that accepting the terms of service in order to access a platform is not consent
It’s a dead end
Still not an argument
It sure is.
Assumptions are not consent, certainly, but that does not make them coercive
Welp I gotta go to sleep
Mandatory 5 hours
See y’all
I have seen 0 evidence such that implicit consent is *necessarily* coercive
Prove that I consented. You can't. Also, if you want to get explicit consent, you have to ensure that the user has ACTUALLY consented. I can assure you that when I get invited into a discord server there is NO consent needed.
That’s not my point
You have yet to prove that implicit consent is necessarily coercive
You're here, using their platform. That's proof of consent.
Are you this illiterate?
Prove that I consented
Prove it
Show me where it says so, other than your assumption.
@Phobia this is why you need to shut tf up
Mongoloid
Do not allow retards to gain ground
And in order to accomplish such
Shut up
Implicit consent makes the assumption that one agrees. Yet there is no factual evidence that shows that.
@Anastasia are you to address my question or not?
@unwoundtoast
I see. Resorting to insults. And you thought you were e above that.
