Anyone got advice for a good lunch/dinner?
I'm trying to get off caffiene and I bought a pshycology book for it
the easiest way is to just not drink it

@Gog i suggest you switch to black tea if you really need caffeine
byou can add milk in it too it tastes much better
As for a lunch, just take all the ingredients you have in your home and see what you can make
also try eating fish for that omega 3 at least once a week
helps develop the brain

Yeah day 2 without caffiene and no major headaches so i think I've finally stopped
now just to eat better, less, and exercise
I've had a lot of water and some milk and right now just lowering my caloric intake
did that last time and lost like 15 pounds just by limiting but if I did that and ate better I would lose even more
@Gog are you overweight, or just unhealthy?
just a little like maybe 15 pounds over not really noticable
I still hate it though
