Pullups and chinups don't get me sore at all. Like, I do about 5 sets to failiure, but I still don't get sore the next day. What do you guys do for them?

Not necessarily, but i’d recommend using a belt and attaching weights to it If the exercises feel to easy
I never really felt like bodyweight got me sore either way

I'm pretty new. I started working out about a year ago, but got serious about it about three months ago. I never really did too much physical stuff in my youth. I went fishing and hunting with my dad, but that was about it. I want to have a clean and lean look like pic related.

But seriously, I so want to have a leaner look to me. I have a gym membership, but I also have a home pullup bar and it's way more convenient than driving to my gym.

you need to start lifting weights
Diet is also a big part of it
If you need to lose weight go on a kcal deficit diet
If you need to maintain and gain muscle
get a diet that gives you slightly more calories than you need to maintain your natural weight

eat whatever you want except sugar, and eat as much as you can, while lifting very heavy and a lot
