2018-04-30 01:53:43 UTC

2018-04-30 02:26:36 UTC

Pullups and chinups don't get me sore at all. Like, I do about 5 sets to failiure, but I still don't get sore the next day. What do you guys do for them?

2018-04-30 02:32:22 UTC

@Deleted User that makes sense

2018-04-30 02:34:20 UTC

@Bearrorist try flexing every single muscle in your body as hard as you can for five seconds as many times as you can

2018-04-30 02:34:38 UTC

I guarantee your tendons will be sore

2018-04-30 02:35:28 UTC

Unrelated, but If you wanna feel sore that’s what i recommend

2018-04-30 02:36:00 UTC

Okay. I see what you're getting at. So I don't need to be sore?

2018-04-30 02:37:38 UTC

Not necessarily, but i’d recommend using a belt and attaching weights to it If the exercises feel to easy

2018-04-30 02:37:52 UTC

I never really felt like bodyweight got me sore either way

2018-04-30 02:38:04 UTC

Try deadlifting reps til failure

2018-04-30 02:38:16 UTC

As many times as possible in a day

2018-04-30 02:38:22 UTC

And you will feel the gains

2018-04-30 02:39:25 UTC

Okay. I'll do it. Bodyweight exercises just don't seem to do it for me.

2018-04-30 02:39:48 UTC

Great.

2018-04-30 02:39:59 UTC

When did you start working out?

2018-04-30 02:40:05 UTC

Are you new?

2018-04-30 02:40:33 UTC

And what bodytype are you going for?

2018-04-30 02:43:48 UTC

I'm pretty new. I started working out about a year ago, but got serious about it about three months ago. I never really did too much physical stuff in my youth. I went fishing and hunting with my dad, but that was about it. I want to have a clean and lean look like pic related.

2018-04-30 02:44:06 UTC

```clean and lean```
2018-04-30 02:44:15 UTC
Hahaha
2018-04-30 02:45:39 UTC
But seriously, I so want to have a leaner look to me. I have a gym membership, but I also have a home pullup bar and it's way more convenient than driving to my gym.
2018-04-30 02:48:07 UTC
I mean, body exercises are very good for looking lean, combined with cardio especially
2018-04-30 02:48:21 UTC
However, if you want strength and a muscular look to the leanness
2018-04-30 02:48:25 UTC
you need to start lifting weights
2018-04-30 02:49:06 UTC
Diet is also a big part of it
2018-04-30 02:49:24 UTC
If you need to lose weight go on a kcal deficit diet
2018-04-30 02:49:32 UTC
If you need to maintain and gain muscle
2018-04-30 02:50:05 UTC
get a diet that gives you slightly more calories than you need to maintain your natural weight
2018-04-30 02:50:13 UTC
if you want to be huge like sam
2018-04-30 02:50:31 UTC
eat whatever you want except sugar, and eat as much as you can, while lifting very heavy and a lot
2018-04-30 02:50:43 UTC
i'll see if i can find some good articles for you
2018-04-30 02:50:55 UTC
Okay. I appreciate it. Thanks
2018-04-30 02:51:01 UTC
No problem.
