So far I've just decided to try and implement difficulty settings where possible in future projects. I like a challenge, but allowing for a wider skill gap will make the game interesting to more people.

what do you call that thing where you put an image or text on a video and make it track to a specific thing in the video so it follows that point? Like i want to put an image of a persons head over the video of another person so it roughly tracks and moves as they move so I don't have to reposition it frame by frame for the entire video.
