niπ ±π ±a, I have less than $200 to my name, buy some damn food.
Wtf, whatβd you spend your money on
you gotta shop smart kaden
and cook
Musk lived out of his car eating pasta and pasta sauce.
You can survive for four months on potatoes and milk before you start experiencing significant nutritional deficiency.
But you could probably just learn how onions and garlic work and have a good ol time with a lot more than potatoes and milk.
Especially if there's a farmer's market in your area you'd be surprised how much food you can get for cheap if you eat mostly veggies.
Get potatoes and onions. And buy milk.
Make potato and onion soup.
Really cheap and Itβll fill you up
a big bag of rice is good too
You Will get nutritional difficiancy after like 4 months tho. So Try to fix your economic situation up.
Yeah rice is always good too.
Just donβt get meat for some time. Costs too much. Focus more on vegetables.
also you can buy dehydrated fruits and veggies online for cheap, you can go 6 months on like $150 bucks for one person
^
Beans are pretty good too my dude
And heavy on protein
@Deleted User I'm pretty sure you can get a 50lb of texas rice for < $25
yeah, rice is the way to go
^ these guys got it
One kg of potatoes here is 1 euro
i forgot about oatmeal, it's cheap and you can have it for breakfast
put some of the dehydrated fruit in it too
I just got a bunch of ramen noodles, picked up some eggs, potato bread, and one fish for dinner. Though, my roommate said sheβll cook tonight so I get to save my groceries at least
Donβt eat too much noodles too often. Rather high amount of salt if I remember correctly.
Salt is good But not extreme amounts
