1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 large eggs / 1 mashed ripe banana
1/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon honey / maple syrup
a whole but load of lemon and orange zest
6 tablespoons unsalted butter / margarine
The vegan version does not contain zest and is instead chocolate as that goes far better with the maple syrup and banana.
