Most luxury sedans are in that range and they rarely go 0-60 in under 7 seconds due mostly to very low torque and a lot of weight
My mom's 306hp azera is much slower than my 250hp GTI
Peak output means nothing if you don't have any torque
Reminds me of my old 84 Camaro
Had something like 250hp
But more torque than a Dodge Viper
Which wound up getting the job done quite nicely
More weight for crumple zones and other boring shit now
