PC struggles to play the game AND encode and transmit it over the network? WHO WOULD HAVE THUNK?
Nintendo had to use a custom video codec for the Wii U's gamepad, and it's limited to handling only up to 2 gamepads, over 5 GHz.
And it streams 480p.
BUT, as far as latency goes, it has less latency than many LCD TVs.
only seems to struggle to do so when using non-steam titles.
as for latency...honestly I've had mild latency when doing in-home streaming from my desktop to my laptop. that'll get better with age but for now it's just a thing that will hit most devices

There's actually a mod I want to make once I make my new PC
'Armour of the Dragonborn'. You can either get it as light armour or heavy armour, and it's just custom-textured versions of the box-art dragonborn with the helmet and shit
but all the gear goes to making you jacked up as shit. Helmet reduces shout time to almost nothing, boots let you carry a load of shit, chestplate enhances your resistance to magic
something to that extent
And it'd appear in High Hrothgar after defeating Alduin, on a clothing stand. Or at least, in my mind it would, people could add it whenever
