It was more consistent lore wise then 4
There were a looooot of inconsistencies
they're just so well known now that people forgot
Shit like vault 87 mutants, the brotherhood, the Enclave even beign alive
a lot of contrivances for the sake of iconic thigns
radscorpions being in DC
deathclaws, jet...
Like shit that *can* be in a place, but it really does raise the question of *why* they're in the place.
Also the appearance of Enclave Power Armor is odd
it's 100 before everything
Also a lot of dumb shit like the kids in the cave
also, the fact that there is no NPCs
That's 76
I was talking about 3
76 just looks like disaster
it's just... they are making fallout online, and pretending it's something new
It could be good but oooof
I'm excited but I've never played any other Fallout game
it could easily be a DLC for F4
congrats you're the target audience
but isn't it a bit early to write it off?
if it's as big as they say it is there has to be more to it
No
It’s just rust in fallout
but it will let me nuke my friends and foes alike....
The map size is just map size
It's 4x as big as Fallout 4 but Fallout 4 took place in a city whereas 76 takes place in a forest
but why make such a large map if you're only going to fill it with 12 (I think?) player controlled characters
so you can build shit
It's going to be way emptier
Not that that's necessarily a bad thing
but it's not the whole story
I just feel like there has to be more to it than what was talked about, otherwise like fulcrum said, this would just be a DLC
can't tell you, I've watched all the interviews and shit and remain unimpressed as a fan of RPGs
maybe someone who likes Rust can help
Bethesda also seems to be particularly experienced in creating games with longevity
a simple Rust style game just wouldn't make sense to do to such a beloved franchise as it is so limited
not games that have longevity for *me* but yes
^
The games are so easily moddable that people have essentially released entire games *on* their games
