@DanielKO you forget that obama only upped the yearly subsidies to solar/renewable energy companies to $39 billion, so that's why you're seeing this - they're trying to make the public pressure the lawmakers into more funding for the birdfeelz

yeah, well, there's a lot more constructive criticism of it at least here, because we've had it implemented and running as part of our grid for so long - essentially the best criticism is one a friend of mine who works at a power plant had, which is "the wind mills only produce power when we don't need it"
