It would be foolish to assume that 70,000 years of separate evolution between Negroids and Caucasians wouldn't result in differences with regards to intelligence

if people can make a 40 IQ point gap just by going to a different country then the 10-15 point gap average between races is laregly irrelevant

@radeon The whole point of the study was that they tested the IQs of black children adopted into upper middle-class white families, and while there was a minor positive effect on intelligence during early years, by the time they were 17-18 years old, their IQ was the same as the average black average, which proves that IQ is a genetic trait.
