Our 'Van Dwellers' are young hipsters living off their parents trust fund. These are homeless folk that come from across the west, just to mooch off the city, because the police aren't allowed to bother them
IF someone is living in their Car it IS their HOME and shall be considered so
where they park their home
is the arguement
and yes it's mainly hipster types
This is in the middle of downtown Seattle. There's regular fires that burn these things down.
are you the one lighting them?
No, its themselves
are you sure? Who would burn their own home down?
@Fitzydog burn it down
They get high on heroine, and drop their lighters
One of those camps is right across the street from Amazon HQ, and on like a 60 degree slope above a major roadway. People have rolled down the hill into traffic before
wow
imagine my shock
Special Delivery I guess
some cars can indeed be homes, but don't try to make any car a home or else you will have a bad time
yeah
make a van a home
and live *d o w n b y t h e r i v e r*
I used to live out of my Land Cruiser. But it was a rooftop tent in Alaska lol
but parking on a main street, you need to be RPG'd
lived in a van when I was in the states
it was actually pretty damn good
super-comfy
and some of the 'rest stops' might as well have been hotels
lol truck stops?
I should try diggin up some of the photos I took
middle of nowhere in Arizona
elaborate rest stop with breakfast vending machines under a roof, shower buildings etc
If I wanted to, I could probably road trip the whole US living off my VA check each month. Our highway system is pretty great
cheaper than renting
whenever I felt like living in luxury I'd simply go to a caravan lodge
Rest stops, otherwise known as 'Whore Stops' to Reaps
wifi, laundry and everything
wooo
well that was a weird thing to say, broo
you like them lot lizards?
huh, Mark Hamill voiced Han Solo in a few videos, go figure
well it was shitpost but if it's true, do tell
lol I just noticed we're still in '<#372513679964635138>'
