Doesn’t that concern you?
Would you want your country to go down a path where literal SJWs run it? I don’t think so.
This seems like a excuse to go authoritarian
To go authoritarian on other authoritarians, it’s not an excuse, it’s a last resort to ensure the survival of everyone else’s personal liberties. If I want to keep my right to self preservation and other liberties for me and my children’s children, I’m willing to do it.
it's a excuse
it's actually a weakness

@Ϻ14ᛟ @M4Gunner https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JTy1eNCQXDk This is why I like Tim Pool, he calls out other journalists and helps us cut through the bullshit with an expert's take on journalism. Sure, we know this stuff is going on, but Tim helps us identify it in more detail.
@Deleted User NIGGA. You guys are shitting on me when you literally haven't even watched the video and think it is literally the opposite of what it is about. LITERALLY. The tism is strong. At least watch the video first. There's no pussy power or any of that shit going on. I started watching that video thinking I was going to disagree like you guys but IMO Lauren makes an interesting point. Again, I'm not saying she's without flaws, and I'm not even saying she's right. I just thought it was interesting, and I think she made some valuable input to the conversation which stands on its own.
@Thomas the Sowell Train [USA]
the pussy power is about her amount of subs, not views

Oks, what's the point you liked?
i mean, so far, all i see is her bitching about why they haven't done the same for "wipipo"
yeah, she is being dumb about identity politics, the summits for blacks and latinos is to bring votes from those 2 groups who have a historic of not voting for right wing polices, it's the same thing as making a summit in California, to gather more right wing votes, i really don't see how this is ID politics, i understand why she is making that point ( as i said before, she is becoming the poster girl of an ID politics group).
To me, this video seems like an attempt to normalize ID politics saying that everyone do it so it's ok when she and her group does it
identity politics
n. - Political attitudes or positions that focus on the concerns of social groups identified mainly on the basis of gender, race, ethnicity, or sexual orientation
So by that definition, what TPUSA is doing *is* identity politics. That is, the political attitude focuses on blacks, the position being that it is not in the interest of blacks to vote disproportionately for the DNC. TPUSA has decided to respond to the message black americans have heard for so long, which is "Hey, if you're black, you have to vote for the DNC," with a simple "Hey, if you're black, you don't have to vote for the DNC, and maybe you shouldn't. Here are some reasons you should consider the alternative, etc."
This is identity politics. However, I don't believe this message is inappropriate, and it seems Lauren doesn't either. Lauren's point is simply that it is hypocritical for TPUSA to condemn identity politics while using them nonetheless. Now, in my opinion, this argument, **by itself**, stands up perfectly fine. However, if Lauren wants to go on and try to advocate for white identity politics, that'd be another conversation. She is correct to point out the hypocrisy of "identity politics for me and not for thee". On the same hand, and this is my extrapolation of her argument, the discussion would be better facilitated if we were able to discuss why one particular approach to identity politics is wrong and why the other is supported by facts, rather than simply denying that TPUSA's campaign makes use of identity politics whatsoever.
To extrapolate further, I would argue that one of the reasons the identity politics of TPUSA are justified is because their ultimate purpose is to combat identity politics. This may seem oxymoronic, like the phrase"peace through war", but we may come to find nonetheless that such a phrase remains consistent when context and nuance are considered.
The purpose of the ID politics of the left are to persist indefinitely, whereas the ID politics of the right (generally speaking) are to appeal to blacks to transition away from thinking and voting monolithically.
Regarding the summits, she did not say that the summits themselves were unjust, but that it is hypocritical to hold an event which clearly embodies ID politics while on the other hand condemning ID politics outright.
@Deleted User @Fulcrum010 I really want you guys to consider how she opens the video; "Sometimes people just want an engaged conversation and have no interest in the drama aspect of it..."
I apologize for the wall of text but yall got me started 😄
I will read, but not now lol, I'm talking to some people
are you having problems in real life?
Plus, I honestly can't see good will from her
But yeah, I can understand why you liked her point
Sure, and she may very well have some other intentions, but I would never want to let that lead me to deny something which appears truthful on its own when I hear it. I haven't really been keeping up with her lately so I'm looking at this video as being seperate from whatever else she may be up to.
Where's BLM's voice about this? (cricket noises)
