Perhaps I should have been more clear about that. Also, what makes you say it didn't actually happen? Taqiya? I mean if you actually go to church you might like to know some things you could do if a Muslim ever comes to you questioning their faith, or you might like to know ways to attract them in your community.

I don't know what to make of it really. Should we be encouraging Muslims to convert? It sounds so odd, the question itself. But I can't tell if that's just my old biases telling me something is wrong with it.

I'm not actually a Christian, but I guess I consider myself something of a cultural Christian, in that I believe it is fundamental to western values. It's certainly an awkward question. On the one hand, I think that perhaps it would be a great way to effectuate the lacking cultural assimilation many Muslims have in western culture... but then I have to wonder if A) it could actually work and B) is it even moral?
