in norway I need a goverment aproved gun safe and be a member of a shooting club for a hand gun, for hunting weapons all I need is a safe and payed the gun and hunting tax
norways is not in the eu right, its only doing the market access thing?
Makes sense though
yea we are only EU light
Rifles have limited mag and can't be consealed easily
There was a politician in Czech republic i believe that wanted to lax the gun laws, but i guess he cant even get that done unless they leave the EU
the labour party did try twice to get Norway in the EU but the constitution demands a vote and both times they failed so they did make a deal with EU that to this day is controversial as it was borderline braking the constitution
Hmm, the dutch constitution has a similar thing where it is treason to subject the nation below another power effectively ending the sovreign state, we had a referendum, voted no. A year later our prime minister at the time signed the lisbon agreement and placed the EU laws above our constitution.
Since then many laws have had to be changed to 'align' with eu regulations
The first time EU did want Norway to join was the huge fishing zones as at the time they had fished their own zones to the braking point. last time it was the oil
Yeah, the spanish armada is also notourious over here, many protest about those just being allowed to empty the sea right in front of the mostly very mutch smaller boats of the lcoals.
This it fact

How you change fact
In term of obesity density probably
I could argue with him but it's a loaded question
My country is socially and culturally extention of NY and CA culture, geographycally a province in the federated states of the european union I can only agree that it is true. <:pepe_smug:378719408341909506>
In my country everyone is referred to as brother and sister (It's part of the structure of the language) and the community structure is thought of as many flowers growing in one beautiful garden
flint michigan called for their water
Nestle has bottled water you can buy on the open market, flint dont need no handouts from the government <:thisisfine:378719407981199363>

@ParaHydrogen Mexico has a bigger obesity problem.
@Joe_Limon well, as far as I know, USA is still on the podium of the countries having the highest density of obesity.
Oh indeed
That said, liberalism and capitalism is so powerful they changed the game. Rather than people starving, people are now dying of too much food
well stop stuffing your face then?
``` dying of too much food```
I dunno if you can die of this
dying from morbid obesity
@ParaHydrogen at least we arenβt samoa
@Puma, does it mean your proud to be on the podium? The wage per capita in USA is probably much higher, why don't people buy healthy food then?
@ParaHydrogen the us has a higher population as well.
Wage doesnt equate to anything like that. Higher wages tend to also mean higher cost of living. As well the food desert is a real thing in the us
@Goblin_Slayer_Floki yes that's why I am involving % and per capita instead of number of people which doesn't make sense.
The 20 most obese places in the world
American Samoa
Nauru
Cook Islands
Tokelau
Tonga
Samoa
Palau
Kiribati
Marshall Islands
Kuwait
Saint Kitts and Nevis
Micronesia
The Bahamas
Barbados
Belize
Qatar
Egypt
United States
Saudi Arabia
Bahrain
Top 20 per capita
In order highest to lowest
The difference between the us and uk is about 5% and it knocks them 25 slots down. Which shows really how similar a lot of countries are tbh
