I'm reading various articles on the USMCA deal, and I don't see anyone claimung that the deal has "fucked over" Canada or Mexico. In fact they mostly state how it improves worker conditions and inter north american trade

The Mexican state can subsidise and incentivise industrial growth in many ways

subsidies are an issue to this and previous agreement
