I like how he explains how he cant give that answer directly and just states he hires on merit, becasue (and the yt comment brigade does not understand this) he is a judge and him giving answers like that could impact ongoing cases. Feels like Booker was trying to coax him to make statements or opinions to corner him or even cause scandal.

The male one was Metooed out of his party position from telling durty jokes at parties, the person behind this meetoo campaign was his main rival that was a female.
The female politician that did get a Metoo news story did rape a 16 year old boy at a party when she was 30. she was let go as alcohol was invoked. but only she was drunk. she did not get any repunctuation except a few news articles
