Fish live at a very stable temperature. The coldest most Northern fish see is about 4 celcius

There are starfish who live in subzero there are fish in the artic and subduction zones that are lower than 32 f some temps are below 0 f.

Add mullusks, ect. Many creatures not warm blooded live in cold.
