I am new to politics (like 1+ years) so my theory may not be accurate, but I believe that so many useless policies, laws, regulations, and agencies spend too much money on liberal ideologies that don't help problems like homelessness and the growing gap between the middle class and upper class. the california exodus is what we call it.
