the parents are shit for letting it go so far as she was obuis in need of help, but im sure they was busy watching TV then taking care of their kid

yea, kids acting out is normally a sign of they need help but don't know how to get it
and if there was any other mistreatment that people don't know about, the parents definitely wouldn't bring it up after what happened.
