the man has bigger things to worry about
some janitor should be fired for letting the President walk through a bathroom full of litter
A politician decided to sue a newspaper
In sweden, for using pics from her facebook account
Newspaper won, she has to pay 50k euros

The way I understood it is on facebook you retain the copyright to all your content, although if someone else took the picture, technically they might own the copyright. So yeah it seems like she should've won--unless they claimed "fair use"
Nah as she uploaded it to a public place she made herself vulnerable for it to be taken
They said
And as she is a piblic figure it was a ok
sounds like *victim-blaming* <:pepe_smug:378719408341909506>
and if she is a public figure they should look for a press photo
Here's one legal precedent, however it is of course in the U.S.(and on twitter)

facebook has always been pretty clear that you own your own content, as back in the day this was a huge issue with Myspace

50k fees though wtf
wait so publishing nudes of celebrities

because they're public figures?

Don't be a whore and I won't be able to google a pic of your bumhole
absolutely not--this is how Hulk Hogan took down Gawker
granted he had even less rights to the material as he was not the one who(secretly) filmed it
which way did this politician lean?
i cant speak for sweden tho
