```if you say something is objective then it must be true regardless of opinion, which means a proof should exist``` The universe exists objectively regardless of me being able to explain the proof of how it exists.
Well, from their perspective you are claiming the existance of some magical thing
my position is that there is no proof for either
@ConceptHut Not if we live in a simulation.
<:think_woke:378717098681171988>
agnostic
but you are claiming that your morality is objective, which means it can be prooved
@meratrix kys find out
@meratrix - Simulation, unicorn fart, God created it, etc. doesn't matter. We still call this thing we live in reality.
@Fitzydog fuck off Fitz, he's supposed to be having an argument with me and that means both sides supply an argument and explain what they mean and believe. Never mind "I WANT" it's basic fucking courtesy. State of education indeed.
Screw your optics, I'm going in.
can you prove the existence of mathematics?
@ConceptHut It's all the same, really lol
paul yes actually
report back to us by pulling the cord to the machine
> set theory
You can prove that mathematics exists?
PROVE?
yes actually
see above
That's actually a thing
> fuckin magnets how do they work
>Thats the point
thats the meme
@DanConway Study set theory ni🅱🅱a.
@🌻 togepi 🌻 Before we could prove mathematics exists, did it exist?
how many apples paul
Let me spell it out
A set of discrete objects is countable and can represent a real number. Combining two sets represents adding two numbers, removing a subset from a set represents subtraction, etc.
Repeat for multiplication and division.
Objects have always been a thing, so yes math has always existed.
ah ah counting is math and doesn't exist try agian
😂
I asked you to prove that math exists
I will now ask you to read
It was just proven above.
🤔
I dont think you understand what prove means
I don't think you understand set theory.
I dont think you understand what math is
^
The addition and subtraction of objects is always true, even without observation.
