And I think I see a flaw

Basically, while parties have principles, these principles can change with the electorate.

Meaning that if the republican party has no chance of winning with its current platform it would likely move to the left until it starts wining some elections again.

So the republican party wont necessarily never get elected again but basic conservatism will be dead

I’m not so much an ethno nationalist but recognize that homogeneity is better. If immigrants can assimilate and not undermine the economic and cultural futures of the native populace, i would probably support it. But it isn’t working that way
