I take the fundamental problem then to be in-group preference that can result in discrimination, and loss of culture. Well, for the first, you can just implement laws that prevent discrimination based on race, so that you can't not be hired because of your race, laws that we already have in place. Culture? Well there is no unified whire culture. So do you want to preserve the "native" cultures?
