The president's death was confirmed Saturday by his son Eric, who attended his father's funeral Saturday evening.
"Our prayers are with his family, and our thoughts and prayers go out to his many friends and colleagues who were with him in the White House, as well as the many millions of Americans who work hard every day to keep our country safe. #PrayForAmerica" said Rep. Adam Schiff, D-California.
Trump will be laid at the National Cathedral in Washington this afternoon and will be moved into an adjacent federal building.
