I didn't even know you could ddo that omg @Mozalbete ⳩
You need a phone with an infrared attachment for that though. Unless it's a smart TV connected to the safe wifi source. @Mozalbete ⳩
Does is have a menu button or source button on the side?
Its not a smart tv and the buttons are underneath in the front
The moment i turn it on it goes directly to that. I tired looking up a manual online but it said nothing about if somwthing freezes
Do any of the buttons do anything?
It used to work well, but my mom tried turning it on one day and that happened
Not a brand I'm familliar with, have you tried unplugging it? Or unplugging and reconnecting the inputs?
We have no cable since we didn't have the money to pay it. I think i might have to take the tv to a repair shop
What do you have hooked into it?
Literally nothing, just plugged it into the wall
So just antenna tv?
I know it should hard reset if you unplug it for more than 15 minutes.
According to my quick google search
Yeah, hard reset it typically the best first shot àt fixing stuff like that
Well i mean we don't have an antenna connected, just a regular tv, I'm just trying to turn it on lol. I've had it unplugged for months now actually
Might just be because nothing is connected to it
Try hooking something up to it, like a dvd player, see if that input gets detected
Some newer TV's automatically toggle inputs based on what you have hooked up, so you don't switch to empty inputs between devices
If it doesn't detect it, unplug the tv for like half an hour and then try again.
You can normally navigate pretty well with just those
Ahhhh i see. Alright. I think the picture is just frozen in place because nothing shows up when i plug it in, just the photo thing
Worst case, could be a bit of fried circuitry, if it's manufactured in the same place as LG tvs I know they have a cheap capacitor issue. One is blowing out on my tv and it randomly kicks it off based on the temperature sometimes
Could also be screen burn if it got left on for an extended period of time frozen on that image with no movement
Ohhhh and probably ;-; I'll figure out what it is soon, thank you guys for helping ;w;
Just try doing a hard reset by unplugging it for at least 15 minutes straight.
Rip if it is cause screen burn means the tv is trash lol, careful getting a repair without a quote first
There is a reason why tech support is known for telling people to turn shit off and on again. It just works :p
Gotcha. And I've had it unplugged for a while now. And makes sense lol
Also, a hard knock to the top can be surprisingly effective lmao
Fonz that shit
I should give it a big slap for being stupid lmao. But yeah I wanted to sell it, but i figured i should try to fix it first
how do you unflip the display on windows 7?
my aunt managed to do it somehow, haven't touched 7 in years
help
right click the home screen, it's under screen options somewhere
How do you not just Google this shit
90% of tech problems are fixed by googling
This holy shit, i can't stress it enough
