Based Chav's even-more-based Protein Bar recipe:

180g of Oats (BC alternative: 90g Oats, 90g Barley Flakes)

90g whey powder (BC choice BulkPowder's standard chocolate whey)

150g Peanut Butter

250ml - 300ml Whole Milk

25g Honey for flavour

1. Preheat oven to 200°C
2. Mix ingredients well in large bowl.
3. Once consistent, spread mix evenly into greased and lined tin.
4. Bake for 25-30 mins (Note: lower quantity of milk used at 30 minutes will cause them to be a bit dry.
5. Remove from oven and set aside to cool.
6. Cut into 15 pieces.

3 pieces and a glass of milk makes about 600-700 high-protein calories.
