I had friends tryna convince me to fast for fitness
So I guess I’m glad I got a second opinion
yeah i saw a video about how good it is. And i thought idk im probably not going to do that because of lack of protein
If done wrong your body will realize it’s lacking something, and 16 is a very early age where you still require a surplus of nutrients to function properly

yea
but when I say eat normal I mean a strictly balanced diet, nothing more than u need, no candy/shit. If you drink alcohol you can only do liquors, no fast food.
Training is easy, diet is hard
should I do 90/10 Weight to cardio?
idk what that is, but a good workout plan is Mon - Upper body push. Tue- Cardio. Wed- Legs. Thurs- Cardio. Fri- Upper body pull
Or full body workouts 3 days a week
