Get a real workout buddy and stop being a bitch can help

2020-02-05 21:05:19 UTC

Has it been put back into place?

2020-02-05 21:05:31 UTC

I'm not being a bitch, I want to help him get past this. Also partial dislocation pretty sure

2020-02-05 21:06:58 UTC

My advice was for him, not you

2020-02-05 21:07:15 UTC

It's strange that it gave in so easily though

2020-02-05 21:08:06 UTC

Once it's healed he should exercise it more often

2020-02-05 21:09:53 UTC

Can he still move it fully?

2020-02-05 21:11:34 UTC

Ie, does he still have full range of motion?

2020-02-05 21:13:46 UTC

Yes, seems like the ligaments are weak

2020-02-05 21:16:37 UTC

Apparently it happens when not lifting too

2020-02-05 21:16:41 UTC

So this is a big issue.

2020-02-05 21:16:59 UTC

Hmm, it might have healed poorly

2020-02-05 21:19:05 UTC

Definitely go to a doctor. If this happens often it might be something serious

2020-02-05 21:23:23 UTC

If he's not in immense pain, no need to go to the ER, but schedule a meeting with your doctor

2020-02-05 21:24:11 UTC

Ye

2020-02-05 22:09:38 UTC

Kinda surprised this didnt become a problem when he was in the service ngl

2020-02-05 22:13:44 UTC

Yeah just have him do extra reps at super light weights, like just enough to engage. Slow build is best for strengthening ligaments

2020-02-05 22:14:44 UTC

Gonna ask my friend who has a physical therapist to ask what he should be doing

2020-02-05 22:18:06 UTC

That's how my dad used to recover from work injuries, that and working the tendon actually in the water, like in a pool. Works better for jacked up legs/ciatica just because of where they are but even just swimming is great

2020-02-06 00:40:28 UTC

Whenever I've hurt something awful I keep heat on it and make sure blood is flowing. If that shit popped something serious might pay to have it x-ray'ed to examine it, *then* see a PT

2020-02-06 00:44:06 UTC

PT isn't a very *exact* science. It helps to give them exactly what's wrong

2020-02-06 03:37:47 UTC

Well its obvious he needs to take a break and therapy

2020-02-06 03:42:47 UTC

I'm no expert but get him to do some bench press type movements but with more motions. Givem dumbells to maneuver.

2020-02-06 03:43:03 UTC

Sounds better than loading a bar and testing it all outright

2020-02-06 03:53:56 UTC

Dumbells are less safe, since you can't really spot for them. Also, this is a childhood injury, not a recent one. So no to the break, but yes to some sort of therapy

2020-02-07 13:45:57 UTC

why take headphones out to fart

2020-02-07 13:46:45 UTC

to listen to your wind

2020-02-07 13:48:38 UTC

must be a man thing

2020-02-07 14:34:19 UTC

not like you would know, f*moid

2020-02-07 14:34:40 UTC

yeah

2020-02-07 17:14:31 UTC

You have to listen while in the gym because your ass crack sweat will make any fart feel wet, but the sound will always give away an accidental self shit.

2020-02-07 17:21:18 UTC

I eat after gym, so no flexing on women with farts for me

2020-02-07 17:37:49 UTC

Yes, but even on the most fibrous diet there is always leftovers from evening dinner
