that might be a good plan if you didnt really do anthing else. if you dedicate to a sport the training will help you drop weight.

2018-06-02 22:19:25 UTC

If you want something softer, the fast can consist in, instead of completely removing meals, replacing them with protein shakes, which really fill you and have a really low caloric content

2018-06-02 22:19:28 UTC

hahaha Ironclad i know that method works

2018-06-02 22:19:32 UTC

i did it once

2018-06-02 22:20:08 UTC

He doesn't do anything else. His job is barely physical and the rapid weight loss will keep him motivated.

2018-06-02 22:20:26 UTC

Yes, once some day pass

2018-06-02 22:20:28 UTC

@Mozalbete ⳩ replacing meals with protein shakes is the most pants on head retarded thing you can do

2018-06-02 22:20:51 UTC

It works

2018-06-02 22:21:08 UTC

It breaks the fast

2018-06-02 22:21:35 UTC

It is a softer alternativve to a complete fast

2018-06-02 22:21:54 UTC

Also will keep you hungry.

2018-06-02 22:22:15 UTC

Whenever you're "really" fasting - not eating anything at all - hunger disappears after day 2. You can keep going until all of your body fat is gone.

2018-06-02 22:22:21 UTC

The longest fast performed lasted 381 days.

2018-06-02 22:22:50 UTC

Geeez 381 days?

2018-06-02 22:22:59 UTC

he turned into a skeleton?

2018-06-02 22:23:23 UTC

I doubt body fat contains an adequate amount of the needed nutrients

2018-06-02 22:23:40 UTC

I may be wrong, though. Any info about that?

2018-06-02 22:25:30 UTC

it contains some but not all

2018-06-02 22:25:47 UTC

i think a 381 day fast would mess with your liver

2018-06-02 22:26:35 UTC

He was fat as shit

2018-06-02 22:26:40 UTC

haha

2018-06-02 22:26:44 UTC

And he had weekly vitamin infusions

2018-06-02 22:27:01 UTC

oh that makes sense

2018-06-02 22:27:11 UTC

Fat can keep you going for quite a while.

2018-06-02 22:27:18 UTC

i guess if you took vitamin and iron suppliments you would be all good

2018-06-02 22:27:25 UTC

Daniil and I have been fasting for a few months now. I dropped 30 kg for a total cumulative fasting time of 30 days

2018-06-02 22:27:35 UTC

And I lost zero strength or muscle mass

2018-06-02 22:27:51 UTC

so you must have been working out?

2018-06-02 22:28:26 UTC

Not at all

2018-06-02 22:28:33 UTC

i lost 30 kg over a 2 month period, i was playing basketball once a week and practicing for 2 hours every night

2018-06-02 22:28:45 UTC

and i was halving everymeal

2018-06-02 22:28:47 UTC

Lazy desk job, stretching here and there. I bought a bike a few weeks ago and I've been riding after work

2018-06-02 22:29:25 UTC

like no joke halve it, i would serve myself a plate like i usually would but then eat only half and then put the other half away for the next meal

2018-06-02 22:29:48 UTC

The problem with that is, your insulin remains high for a longer period of time, preventing you from burning fat.

2018-06-02 22:30:08 UTC

well yeah 2 months

2018-06-02 22:30:15 UTC

but i was gaining at the same time

2018-06-02 22:30:16 UTC

So if your body can't burn fat, you'll get slower metabolism, and you'll go catabolic

2018-06-02 22:30:25 UTC

lol

2018-06-02 22:30:33 UTC

Sure, if you were at maintenance or at a surplus

2018-06-02 22:32:02 UTC

i was trying to loose wait but do it in a healthy way.

2018-06-02 22:32:12 UTC

and it did take longer but i did it
