Anyway, go ahead with your objections
"Several people are typing"
amazing
that might be a good plan if you didnt really do anthing else. if you dedicate to a sport the training will help you drop weight.
If you want something softer, the fast can consist in, instead of completely removing meals, replacing them with protein shakes, which really fill you and have a really low caloric content
hahaha Ironclad i know that method works
i did it once
He doesn't do anything else. His job is barely physical and the rapid weight loss will keep him motivated.
Yes, once some day pass
@Mozalbete ⳩ replacing meals with protein shakes is the most pants on head retarded thing you can do
It works
It breaks the fast
It is a softer alternativve to a complete fast
Also will keep you hungry.
Whenever you're "really" fasting - not eating anything at all - hunger disappears after day 2. You can keep going until all of your body fat is gone.
The longest fast performed lasted 381 days.
Geeez 381 days?
he turned into a skeleton?
I doubt body fat contains an adequate amount of the needed nutrients
I may be wrong, though. Any info about that?
i think a 381 day fast would mess with your liver
He was fat as shit
haha
And he had weekly vitamin infusions
oh that makes sense
Fat can keep you going for quite a while.
i guess if you took vitamin and iron suppliments you would be all good
Daniil and I have been fasting for a few months now. I dropped 30 kg for a total cumulative fasting time of 30 days
And I lost zero strength or muscle mass
so you must have been working out?
Not at all
i lost 30 kg over a 2 month period, i was playing basketball once a week and practicing for 2 hours every night
and i was halving everymeal
Lazy desk job, stretching here and there. I bought a bike a few weeks ago and I've been riding after work
like no joke halve it, i would serve myself a plate like i usually would but then eat only half and then put the other half away for the next meal
The problem with that is, your insulin remains high for a longer period of time, preventing you from burning fat.
well yeah 2 months
but i was gaining at the same time
So if your body can't burn fat, you'll get slower metabolism, and you'll go catabolic
lol
