I recommend you study the religions and their original "founders", the things that were used to back up claims of providence, etc
I have and to be honest I am more convinced of Islam but it feels so foreign, I guess that's why I've always been more fond of Christianity
Mhm
Have you examined historical evidence?
Also Albanian ancestry 👆
You are more convinced of the claims of a pedophile warlord who thought Mary was part of the Trinity?
Who raided his way to a huge harem and army
Also, why would you be convinced of a religion that is based on a single guy's vision rather than on the testament of many to public events that are verifiable?
With literally no miracles or phrophecies or anything that backs up any of his claims
Who gave a verse telling people to not to bother him after eating because he doesn't like telling guests to not to bother him
They claim the Quran is the miracle, also Rashidun conquests
And a religion that alters their own documents to match new doctrines
They claim to believe the OT, but altered it
The Quran is a book, how it is a miracle?
The older manuscripts are all in favor of the Hebrew/Christian tradition. The Muslim manuscripts show absolutely clear alterations that are indisputably not from the original
Look I'm not trying to defend Islam I only said I am also interested in it
Why would anyone be interested in a blatant lie?
@Quarantine_Zone What specifically
We're just curious since you said "more convinced of Islam"
@Deleted User Ishmael replacing Isaac for instance
Well for example how did Muhammad know the exact details of an embryo
What exact details?
3 protective layers of the initial cells, the days in which it forms certain organs, etc
Citation please. Then we'll assess
Okay I'll get it
Want to examine the primary text
Do you mean the same Muhammed who told us that every illness can be cured with dates and then died poisoned? The same one that tells us to dip flies that fall into our drink before one of the wings contain a disease and the other one the cure?
I have a feeling this will end up being some vague writing or it will be easily showable by Arabic science at the time.
"We created man from an extract of clay. Then We made him as a drop in a place of settlement, firmly fixed. Then We made the drop into an alaqah (leech, suspended thing, and blood clot), then We made the alaqah into a mudghah (chewed substance)"
The same Muhammed that also says that the Sun sets in a muddy pool
Is this cringe fest the reason why someone should believe in Muhammed?
That article reeks of reading back into the text something that isn't there
I don't find that image in the Quran
People knew basic embryonic development
But it describes how an embryo appears
It wasn't known until 1800s
It describes with very vague language the development of a person in the womb
That was known science at the time...
