The priests shouldn’t be some lukewarm guys asking the teens to assist mass activities and give the church the moneys, it’s their duty to tell them the truth

The point I'm trying to make is that Mass is for the edification of the spirit, and communion on its own is just maintenance of thr spirit

Unless you want to (admirably so) rebuild parish life to the point people are coming over the course of the week to continually learn, the homily is it. If the congregation is not learning and growing on Sunday under the guidance of mentors, the best they have is their own interperetation of the Bible, why else do you think the presumption of boomer women is so brazen? Christian life is more than adherence to sacraments, vital as they may be. Water may sustain for a long time, and you may die without it, but that doesn't mean you won't eventually die of starvation without food.

i keep thinking about why i wanr to move back to russia so badly
and one of the key reasons is that theres a based chapel with daily services across the street
