2019-08-19 04:00:29 UTC

he ranted against pleasure seeking faggots

2019-08-19 04:00:42 UTC

who didn't maximize virtue

2019-08-19 04:02:01 UTC

Disobeying god? Cringe!

2019-08-19 04:02:16 UTC

maybe but what else to do

2019-08-19 04:02:31 UTC

I did have a pretty crazy dream once

2019-08-19 04:02:45 UTC

but that's the closest thing I've had to any revelation

2019-08-19 04:03:16 UTC

I was going through a lot of shit, and trying to decide basically the same stuff I am now

2019-08-19 04:03:55 UTC

And I had a dream I was presented with two bridges to cross a river. One was extremely narrow, like a slim beam and straight

2019-08-19 04:04:12 UTC

The other was well lit, wide, and had handrails

2019-08-19 04:04:20 UTC

But an old man told me it was cursed

2019-08-19 04:04:40 UTC

So I tried to cross the slim one but I got scared and went back to the wide one

2019-08-19 04:05:05 UTC

And I just remember it led me to a almost hellish dystopia

2019-08-19 04:05:08 UTC

It didn't feel real

2019-08-19 04:05:12 UTC

And I woke up

2019-08-19 04:10:17 UTC

Pussy

2019-08-19 04:12:07 UTC

Yeah I'd definitely never defend Neitzche in himself, but atheists are retarded and can't read and think he's way edgier than he is

2019-08-19 04:36:54 UTC

neitzche saw that western society would cast away christianity and the thought terrified him
enough to make up some neopagan nonsense to try and buffer for that

2019-08-19 04:37:13 UTC

sadchad thats one hell of a dream

2019-08-19 05:10:26 UTC

who wouldn’t thought that atheism filled that buffer

2019-08-19 14:42:38 UTC

atheists and agnostics have never come up with a suitable alternative that provides the secular benefits of religion

2019-08-19 14:43:40 UTC

Is an upside down cross inherently anti Christian and how do I differentiate it from Peter's cross?

2019-08-19 14:45:48 UTC

the stanists saythey are trying

2019-08-19 14:46:23 UTC

and ussr had the pioneer/komsomol type things

2019-08-19 14:47:36 UTC

It's not really ever inherently Christian. It's just a misappropriation of a Christian symbol to subvert its meaning.

2019-08-19 14:48:06 UTC

If they really wanted to review the negative stigma, the Catholic church would just use them as much as possible.

2019-08-19 14:48:19 UTC

isnt it embedded into the pope chair tho

2019-08-19 14:48:28 UTC

The upside down pentagram is actually a satanic symbol, though.

2019-08-19 14:49:08 UTC

@Dasick Yeah, probably. But how often do they tell people that or make it apparent?

2019-08-19 14:52:46 UTC

not widespread knowledge. agreed

2019-08-19 17:12:03 UTC

A regular pentagram is a Christian symbol though, of Ser Gawain the Green knight

@Deleted User
Could you please provide me the quote where Nietzsche rants against pleasure-seeking faggots?

2019-08-19 23:08:42 UTC

Because Nietzsche is very anti-christian, if i remember correctly what i have read from and aboht him.

2019-08-19 23:10:48 UTC

Nietzsche was very anti-Christian. He believed that religion in general - but specifically Christianity, as he was in a Christian nation - held people and filled them with self-loathing of their human nature.

Something like that.

2019-08-19 23:21:00 UTC

he considered christians to be sheep. the original "sheeple" neckbeard

2019-08-19 23:24:24 UTC

@Sven
Ah, then i Remembered it correctly
