I have a very good wmf knife for meat and a very good Kai knife that my gf uses because she has tiny hands

I also have Ali whetstones
I would like to get better ones though

Not like super expensive ones but the Ali ones are kinda soft

I saw the funniest thing on TeeVee the other day.
Some Swedish quiz show.
The contestants were given a subject, and then got to decide whether to answer a question on that subject, or send the question to somebody they figured would fail.
All the Swedes kept passing Sweden-related questions to the token immigrant contestant. 😄

vem vet mest?
Uh. I didn't pay *that* much attention.
Iirc, in America, to become a citizen, you have to pass a test in American civics. So it's actually possible here that naturalized immigrants know more about American history and government than a lot of people born here.
👏
@Matthew Even foreigners with no interest in setting foot in the US are likely to know more about the US.
