the parents are going with us for less than 2 weeks
and then we will probably stay for 5-6 more
how long is she allowed to stay?
Tourist visas are 6 month max, but the border agent pretty much decides
If you have a return ticket (which you should) that is your last day
I want to stay as long as possible but she wants to return to China so we can finish up her fiancee visa
She has to get documents, medical, interview etc.
You can apply for extension, but it's more expensive and difficult than just leaving the country and returning
I hate us immigration procedures
The US has the most rude and disrespectful agents when you land
youve been?
In my experience they have been nice
although I am a US citizen
so IDK how they treat forigners
Had no problem at all, coming to the us
If there was one i'd say it's my digust that everyone on the body/luggage search section was a freakin lardass
Yeah, the tsa types tend to be the bottom of the barrel
TSA
Thanks, i was looking for that word
us has literally the most impolite border agents
couldnt even help my 76y granny translate bc she doesnt know english
not even cuba or china had something against that
Millions of people try to immigrate illegally to America, I guess I'd get tired of it too if that was my job
Especially pregnant chinks who come thru
parents gonna stay in Hong Kong for a while, anything they should see/visit?
for a while I mean 1-2 days

USA are always saying "its so hard to immigrate here" no its fucking not its like one of the easiest in the world i feel like
shit dude, as a european man
it's pretty hard assumign you're not just going to marry into the country
pretty sure canada is easier
The TSA folks are either very friendly and amused by whatever it is I have to say or extremely suspicious.
It's kinda a point of view game
The grey steps, marrieng in and such, are pretty easy in the US
In europe your better off claiming refugee status and wait till you're "immigrated"
Asia, it's having a western education..
There's most likely an "Easy" way into most countries.
refugee status without having an actual reason to be a refugee just gets you being fucking homeless in europe
you can't get a house
can't get a job
can't really go back (no money)
