@red do you use a lot of sticky soy sauce? I've never seen that outside of Taiwan. But in Taiwan, it looks like it's a typical breakfast shop thing

just use it as sauce in whatever

not as often as normal soy sauce

then again i don't really think about it too much

and when i buy from breakfast shops they usually include their own sauce

There's a Thai brand called "healthy boy brand" but that's soy sauce, a ton of sugar and some tapioca starch

i dunno i just mix soy, vinegar, sasame oil as the necessary sauces and then add shacha or spicy stuff if i'm feeling up to it
