When did online video streaming culture start?
what do you define as streaming culture
As in basically it becoming a normal thing.
If we are going to count quicktime and flash vids, "viral videos" started being not just an email thing and had sites hosting them as early as 2001
but youtube was the game changer in 2006
Like when did it flip from game developer sites asking you to download coolgametrailer.mov on their website to every website having an embedded mp4 by default
