I think the bit about "we're in charge" portrays just how corrupt she already is. Bitch you are only in charge of half of congress.
Maybe they should be focusing on their own States when it comes to green energy, would create a bigger market and possibly drop the price on it making it even more competitive. The issue is to create said tech for green energy will require not so clean methods of material extraction, processing, and manufacturing on top of transporting said "green tech".
