idk i guess i just don't like the word afraid too wishy washy, do people literally mean struck with fear?
https://www.yang2020.com/policies/ for reference
he's a lefty. of course he's afraid
Also Canada is months away from potentially booting Trudeau
Oh and Yang did say he's afraid of white backlash against Asians yeah
he mad that all those white people are stealing Asian enrollment in Harvard
when did he write that?
2018?
because that would make 2030.... 12 YEARS JUST LIKE AOC SAID
Agenda 21 is Agenda 2030 - it's why we keep hearin that date
idk what either of agendas are
NWO
wut

New World Oeuvres
The problem with the milkshaking is you cannot retaliate. If someone milkshakes you and yoylu break their nose, you will go to jail for assault because it is not self defense unless their is immanent danger. In theory the danger has passed and you are only being retaliatory. They are internationally provoking you to get you in more trouble
Socially you will get destroyed for not using proportional force. What are you supposed to do, ask them to stand still until you get through the queue at the closest mecdonalds and return with your own milkshake
As far as I'm concerned if someone throws anything in your face you are fully justified in decking them.
But unfortunately the law is not on my side.
I'd settle for the police merely taking such things seriously. Throwing food at someone should earn you at least a night in jail and maybe some community service. It is utterly antisocial, unacceptable behavior and the fact that people are doing it on video and getting no repercussions at all sickens me.

I disagree. A threw substance on B. A only knows they were attacked. It wasn't until the cops pulled me off that I realized it wasn't dangerous.
And yes, I have been there and done that. At best, you both go, your charges are later dropped...
And that's what happened in my case. (It was coffee, but it was cold.)
Now with Portland raising the stakes, the threshold is significantly lowered.
That also gets into the debate of wether to punish the outcome, the action, or the intent. If you through a milkshake at someone and the straw stabs them in the eye and they have blindness in one eye. Is the punishment still one night in jail?
You also dont have to worry about criminal charges, there is also the civil courts if you break their nose
Doesn't matter. You threw the milkshake to begin with.
Sue back.
Although in San Fran you'll probably loose... 😒
It does matter, if the milkshaking is being positioned as a non assault crime
And they claim the threat has been passed
Then your involved in retaliation, not self defense
It's still battery; ¿Misdemeanor battery? Maybe. But still battery... And you don't wanna get hit, don't swing first.
I know what it is legally, and i also know how the police in a portland would treat it
Your retaliation will be viewed as an escalation
¿Are you strictly focusing on isolated cities, or in general?
What.
In general the tactic of "milkshaking" is a tool to coherse people into an escalation of violence. The milkshaking is not the goal
That’s gross
