That's odd (also foolish), because i thought some of the interviews he had people liked....

He isn't hiding anything.
Tim says all the time he doesn't like to give the names in public, but will in private. I don't have a problem if Twitter enforces their rules fairly against all sides that's better than unequal enforcement. There are some rules as Tim pointed out that are by nature bias, but that kind of a different issue.
