Um. False. If you could legitimately produce large quantities of free energy, these entities would be the first to do it. There would be no reason to suppress it.

I don't ***BELEIVE*** free energy exists mind you; The internet proves it doesn't. But the *powers that be* would have a vested interest in suppressing anything like this.
They would have a stronger vested interest in selling unlimited quantities of energy to everybody on the planet.
And it would be fairly cheap
I would think if you had access to free energy, the most villainous way to take advantage of it would be to make it known that you had it, and that access would only be given out to people that served you loyally.
